With over 25 years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, I set out on a journey to put my experience to use. As I researched the industry I discovered that a professional resume could cost anywhere from $200-$300 and most working people just can't afford that. So, in 2016 I formed BTM Professional Services with a mission to make these services affordable to a larger demographic.
